Membership Pricing
Individual Plan:
- $359 per year
Family Plan
- $299 per year for each additional family member
Plan Benefits
Your membership plan includes:
- Two annual dental cleanings
- Dental X-rays and an examination to identify developing or existing issues
- Prophylaxis to prevent gum disease
- 10% off usual, customary and reasonable (UCR) dental fees
- $50 credit towards dental procedures
